OPENINGS STATUS: ELECTRICIANS

PADCOM (Potash and Agri Development Corporation of Manitoba) is growing and we are currently hiring two Electricians to join our team in Harrowby, Manitoba. If you bring solid skills, a strong work ethic, and a great attitude, you will do well at PADCOM.

Position details

  • Positions: 2 Electricians
  • Location: Harrowby Project, near Russell, MB
  • Start date: Immediate, with onsite interviews
  • Schedule:
    • 2 weeks of day shift training
    • Ongoing rotation: 1 week on / 1 week off
    • Rotating day and night shifts, 12-hour shifts

Qualifications

  • 3rd year Electrical Apprentice or higher
  • Strong safety mindset and willingness to work in an industrial/mining environment
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable, punctual, and committed to high-quality work

Role and responsibilities

This is a dual Operator/Electrical role, including:

  • Performing electrical installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on site equipment
  • Supporting plant operations as required in an operator capacity
  • Following all company safety policies and procedures
  • Completing required documentation and reporting
